1. Payment Policy
All payments must be made on the spot before joining any program. Courses will not begin without confirmed payment.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if a participant informs us at least 2 hours before class. After this period, no refund will be processed.

3. Attendance
Participants are expected to attend classes regularly. In case of absence, prior intimation is mandatory to ensure smooth class management.

4. Time Respect
All sessions will start and end on time. Participants are advised to join at least 5 minutes early to avoid missing important content.

5. Course Material
Any study material, notes, or resources provided are strictly for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or resold.

6. Behaviour
Respectful behaviours towards mentors, co-participants, and staff is expected at all times. Any form of misconduct will lead to removal without refund.

7. No Compulsion
JBM does not force or compel anyone to join. Enrolment is purely based on the participant’s choice and willingness.

8. Strict Non-Negotiable Policy
Once enrolled, participants are bound by these terms. No arguments, no exceptions, and no negotiations will be entertained regarding fees, attendance, or policies.

JBM provides guidance, motivation, and training for personal and professional growth. However, we do not guarantee placements, jobs, promotions, or income as a result of our programs.
